Harry Green — We build the software businesses near Stamford run on. Then we stay and look after it.

What's slowing your business down?

Talk to us the way you'd talk to someone across a desk. What happens, who does it, how often. Two minutes is plenty.

Your voice note comes straight to us. Nothing transcribes it and no AI hears it. You can listen back before it's sent. We'll ask for your email so we can reply.

Your best people spend their week re-typing the same data into three systems.

We build the software that stops it. Then we stay and look after it. It's for businesses near Stamford that have no engineers of their own.

How we work

No briefs. No handover. No kicking it over the fence.

Most agencies are built around the project. We're built around year two and year three. That's when software either compounds or quietly rots.

  1. 01

A standing arrangement, not a project

Build-and-forget studios optimise for the handover. We optimise for year three. Software that runs a business is never finished, and the second year of decisions is where the value is. You deal with the people who decide and do the work. No account layer. No junior bench learning on your budget. Nobody rotating off.

  2. 02

We come and watch how you actually work

Not a requirements document. A day in your office, watching the job get done. The hard part of internal software is never the code. It's understanding the operation well enough to model it. That knowledge stays with us, instead of walking out with a contractor.

  3. 03

We build the smallest useful thing first

Something real, in weeks rather than quarters. It takes one tedious job off someone's desk. You'll know quickly whether this is working, before anyone has committed to a year of it.

  4. 04

Then it grows as the business does

A day or two a month, ongoing. The software changes when the business changes, because we're still here. What you're paying for is that whoever changes it already knows why it was built that way.

  5. 05

We build with AI, and we know where it stops

Coding agents are how we work, not an experiment on the side. It means we ship at the pace of a team three times the size. It also means we know what AI can and can't be trusted with in your systems. We know because we use it on our own work, every day.

  6. 06

You own all of it, throughout

The code, the accounts, the documentation. Speed, accessibility and reliability are requirements with numbers attached, and we check them on every change. Nothing here needs us to keep running. If you outgrow us, you take the lot with you.

Fifteen years building the software behind these. Now doing it for businesses near us.

Engagements

A small number of partnerships, taken seriously.

We work with a few businesses at a time, and we keep working with them. A technical partner inside the business, not a project with an end date. Most start with a half-day on site, so both sides can judge the fit on real work.

It costs less than the engineer you'd have to recruit, manage and keep busy. And you get fifteen years of experience, not whatever a salary buys this year. What it looks like in practice depends on what you're building.
